30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
- Email our customer service team at info@claraelowen.com
- Include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or invoice
- Our team will review your request and respond with the approved return address and step-by-step instructions on how to send your package back
Please note: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia
- A $15 administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags attached where applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@claraelowen.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is to:
- Submit a return request for the original item following the steps above
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 2–4 business days
- You will receive a refund confirmation by email
- Funds typically appear back in your account within 3–5 business days after processing
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please reach out to us at info@claraelowen.com and we'll look into it right away.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to our rapid processing and fulfillment system, orders are prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be modified or canceled after this window. If the 24-hour period has passed, please wait to receive your order and then follow our standard return process if you wish to send it back.
